FIS and Bibenda present Arillo in Terrabianca to the Capital

In Rome December 1st, 2022 at the Cavalieri Waldorf Astoria Hotel in Monte Mario, FIS  and Bibenda present Arillo in Terrabianca to the Capital.

Tasting at school desks in double shifts from 4 to 6:30 pm and 8 to 10:30 pm. The two sessions of about 90 minutes will be conducted by Wine Master Arch. Daniela Scrobogna. Ten wines will be tasted, prefaced by a presentation of the Winery, the Estates and the three production Estates.

The story of Terrabianca interwines in 2019 with that of the Italo-Swiss Burkard’s family. It is Adriana and Urs, with the acquisition of the three estates Terrabianca in Chianti Classico, Il Tesoro in Maremma and Colle Brezza in Val D'Orcia that change the destiny of this winery, driven by the desire to give life to a project rooted into the Tuscan oenological culture that aims to become a contemporary and eco-sustainable business model.

The Arillo in Terrabianca project, "The Tuscan Theorem," is an intuitive idea of Adriana Burkard that syinthesizes the mission of Arillo in Terrabianca to give life to an entepreneurial project that combines today an organic wine-growing and farming enteprise, and tomorrow high-quality hospitality and gastronomy. A vision, embodied in the concept of the “Tuscan Theorem”, the reality of a triangle made of three estates that have in their DNA beauty, environmental uniquenesss and prestigious wine vocation.

The aim is simple though ambitious: to make, wines with a strong identity and with a distinct territorial imprint following the principles of organic and minimalist wine growing, fostering those native grape varieties that find their best distinctive characteristics in the Tuscan territories.
