HARVEST 2023: a definitive assessment

Harvest 2023; in Radda in Chianti, Pienza in Val d'Orcia, and Massa Marittima in Maremma. With the start of the new year, we can present a definitive assessment of the 2023 harvest, which is the first vintage to be certified organic
by our company. The season's progression was marked by a rainy spring that tested the health of the vegetation. Through meticulous management of phytosanitary interventions, we were able to mitigate the damage and lay the groundwork for an exceptional vintage.
The summer brought mild temperatures without extreme heat spikes, allowing for a smooth progression and enabling us to optimally time the harvest. The grapes were picked in the traditional varietal sequence and were notable for
a superb balance between technological and phenolic maturity.
