Unveiling the elite: Arillo's remarkable new vintages and the debut of Chianti Classico Gran Selezione
In the first few months of the year, the focus is on the introduction and launch of the new vintages, the so-called 'dèblocage'. For Arillo in Terrabianca, the start has been very promising, with all our wines easily exceeding the 90 point threshold, thus entering the elite of the last qualitative segment, i.e. that final 10% that goes from 90 to 100 points.
The leading wines are Campaccio, Sacello, Poggio Croce and, this year, the first vintage of the Gran Selezione. The latter is a top quality production from a special vineyard, with a limited number of bottles available and an artistic label.
