A sensory journey free from preconceived notions, allowing us to rediscover wine in its purest essence.

Through sensory analysis, we focus on aromas, flavours, and structure, refining perception and evaluation skills. This practice not only deepens wine knowledge in an objective way but also provides an opportunity for comparison with different wine regions and expressions of terroir. Each selection, consisting of 12 wines from the same vintage, is assessed anonymously by industry experts, ensuring an impartial assessment and fostering a constructive dialogue.
