INTRODUCING THE TUSCAN THEOREM AT “DA BURDE” AND “ZEFFIRINO”

Introducing the 'Tuscan Theorem', the new vintages, and the Arillo team at Terrabianca to the cities of Florence and Genoa. Through a press lunch and a dinner event, we showcased the ideas, wines, and the people behind the brand.
In Florence, the event took place at 'da Burde' by the Gori brothers, acclaimed as the best trattoria of 2023. There, a gathering was convened with the foremost representatives of the industry's press. In Genoa, the event was held at 'Zeffirino', where Adriana Burkard led the evening at what is now considered the cult place for the pesto sauce and the Genoese cuisine. Zeffirino, an Ambassador of Italian cuisine worldwide, has strong ties with Arillo in Terrabianca, rooted in a long family history.
The evening also featured the valuable participation of the FIS Liguria sommeliers, coordinated by regional delegate Roberta Bonasegale, under whose guidance the new vintages were tasted. Vieri Vannoni and Alberto Fusi completed the presentation with details on ongoing projects.
