The inauguration of ‘Tenuta Il Tesoro’, our winery in Maremma

On 1 June, we proudly inaugurated our winery in Maremma, ‘Tenuta Il Tesoro’: with the participation of the authorities, the ribbon-cutting ceremony and a celebratory lunch with the best selection of local products.

Urs and Adriana Burkard: ‘The inauguration of the Arillo in Terrabianca winery in Valpiana at Tenuta Il Tesoro is a milestone for our company, made possible thanks to the invaluable contribution of our employees, to whom we extend our heartfelt thanks.

The project recovered the historic building of the agricultural cooperative of Valpiana, transforming it into a modern and efficient symbol of our aim to produce wines of excellence in an area of rare beauty and history, such as the Maremma. The generous nature of this land inspires us and offers the ideal conditions for cultivating our 40 hectares of organic, environmentally friendly vineyards. Every day we spend here in Maremma, we appreciate more and more the privilege of being part of it and contributing to its enhancement through our wines.’
