    IGT Toscana Rosso – 2014

    Collezione, an elite wine with unique qualities representing the highest expression of the Maremma terroir. The result of an attentive oenological selection of Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes from the best finest vineyards. It is well-balanced, intense in its aromas with hints of wild berries. Its palate is seductive, elegant with mouth filling tannins.

    • Appellation

      IGT Toscana Rosso

    • Grape varieties
      Sangiovese (40%), Cabernet Sauvignon (30%), Merlot (30%).
    • Winemaking

      In stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Postfermentation maceration on the skins for 7-10 days.

    • Aging

      Aged in steel tanks on fine lees, then in French oak barrels of first and second fill for 24 months, followed by 12 months of bottle aging.

    • Bottle format

      0.375 Lt / 0.75 Lt / 1.5 Lt / 3Lt

    • Alcohol content

      13,5% vol.

    • Pairings

      Braised or stewed meat and game.
